Washington- Section of Republicans have warned President Trump to beware of his Mike Pence who they termed as “growing over-ambitions” to be United States president. This comes following viral speculation that Mike Pence might have being the senior administration official who wrote an anonymous New York Times op-ed criticizing Donald Trump.
“Pence seems to be setting himself up to replace Trump if leaves the Oval office and it seems he is colluding with some opposition officials to achieve his goal.” A Republican member who sought anonymity said.
On Sunday Mike Pence said he would take a lie detector test to prove he was not one behind the New York Times op-ed which tagged President Donald Trump as “erratic” and “amoral.”.
It has been revealed that; being United States President has been his major goal since high school and according to him, God has a good plan for him and believes God selects in advance which individuals will become believers and rewards their faith regardless of what they do.
Pence’s favorite Bible verse has always been: “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” He cites it when he discusses the opportunities that come his way, and to explain the confidence he brings to politics.
